The White Columns Curated Artist Registry is an online platform for emerging and under-recognized artists to share images and information about their respective practices. The Registry seeks to create a context for artists who have yet to benefit from wider critical, curatorial or commercial support. To be eligible, artists cannot be affiliated with a commercial gallery in New York City.

Subliminal Echoes Series
2024The ‘Subliminal Echoes’ series embodies the idea of manifestation and reflects my fantasy from real to dream. By integrating visceral ceramic forms with elements of light, sound, and motion, I explore themes of connection and memory, creating a multi-sensory journey. The details and sensory interplay create a space for reflection, evoking the resonance of human experiences and emotions over time. Through this series, I aim to bridge the gap between traditional ceramic artistry and contemporary sensory experiences, paving the way for future explorations in integrating technology with craft.

Interdependent Frequency
2025This immersive installation explores the exchange between sound, motion, light, and sculptural form as a metaphor for the interdependence of body and soul. Visceral ceramic components—built from deconstructed and reassembled legs of varying forms and species—merge into hybrid structures that blur the boundary between the familiar and the uncanny. Each ceramic emit distinct sounds from my experimental compositions blending bass, guzheng, and transformed everyday samples, with one kinetic ceramic producing live audio. Sensors trigger ripples of light and sound, creating an evolving environment where nothing exists in isolation. The work reflects on how the tangible and intangible—flesh and spirit, matter and emotion—exist in continuous dialogue, each shaping and sustaining the other. Initiated in 2025, the series will continue to grow and welcomes collaboration with musicians.

Axis of the Body
Axis of the Body merges anatomical abstraction with cultural ornament, presenting a two-sided sculpture that embodies the duality of yin and yang. By deconstructing and reordering the human body, the work transforms pelvic and spinal references into hanging components that echo vertebrae, bones, and organic fragments, while also invoking totemic and theatrical forms found in East Asian traditions. Suspended like a ritual talisman, its yin and yang faces symbolize the circulation and complementarity of energy, with bodily forms abstracted, distorted, and fused into a new equilibrium—a dual reflection of body and spirit.Added on: November 17, 2025
Ascend/Descend
2023This installation uses light, shadow, and motion to explore the universal journey of human ambition and reflection through the metaphor of staircases. Utilizing digital tools like AI, Blender animations, and After Effects, it transforms everyday scenes into an intrinsical, poetic projection that resonates with the rhythm of our shared experiences. The installation juxtaposes the fluidity of digital art with the tangible, through a mixed-media ceramic sculpture emerging against a wooden backdrop. This contrast in materials and textures highlights the balance between the ephemeral and the permanent, mirroring the transient nature of our aspirations against the enduring moments that define us. Central to this work is the interplay between movement and stillness, embodying the essence of the human condition. The dynamic projections against the static sculpture create a dialogue that reflects on life's continual flux and the grounding moments of pause within it. "Ascend/Descend" invites viewers to contemplate the cycles of pursuit and introspection, captured in the dance of light across space, marking our collective journey through periods of change and constancy.

This unique composition blends various paintings and collages, using realistic, abstract, and stylized elements to capture the essence of different moments throughout the day. The work invites viewers to explore the dynamic interplay of these diverse styles and themes, reflecting on the passage of time and the myriad experiences it encompasses.

Transient Eternity
2023Mono-print on latex that captures the ethereal essence of a wing in mid-motion. The material’s translucence and flexibility give the impression of a moment frozen in time, a delicate pause in the eternal skyward dance.
