Artist Registry
The White Columns Curated Artist Registry is an online platform for emerging and under-recognized artists to share images and information about their respective practices. The Registry seeks to create a context for artists who have yet to benefit from wider critical, curatorial or commercial support. To be eligible, artists cannot be affiliated with a commercial gallery in New York City.

STATEMENT OF WORK
I have an interest in dreams and fantasy and other states of consciousness. A lot of my paintings are scenes from my nightly dreams. I have things in common with the Surrealist painters, in that I aim to give voice to the subconscious. In dreams I visit with friends and family and the dead. I depict the dead sometimes as living and sometimes as blurry figures. Strange things that could only happen in a dream, like a crow carrying three eggs trying to land on your head, is so spectacular I want to paint it!
