Artist Registry
The White Columns Curated Artist Registry is an online platform for emerging and under-recognized artists to share images and information about their respective practices. The Registry seeks to create a context for artists who have yet to benefit from wider critical, curatorial or commercial support. To be eligible, artists cannot be affiliated with a commercial gallery in New York City.

STATEMENT OF WORK
My work explores joy with weight—how movement, play, and buoyancy can emerge through density, pressure, and accumulation rather than escape. I am interested in paintings that feel both grounded and lifted, where scale, color, and structure generate motion.
Through layering and reconfiguration, images gather and loosen at the same time. Color creates rhythm, momentum, and pause. Many works carry an upward energy that does not deny gravity, holding air alongside density. The work insists on motion rather than resolution, keeping pressure and lightness in active negotiation.
