Artist Registry
The White Columns Curated Artist Registry is an online platform for emerging and under-recognized artists to share images and information about their respective practices. The Registry seeks to create a context for artists who have yet to benefit from wider critical, curatorial or commercial support. To be eligible, artists cannot be affiliated with a commercial gallery in New York City.

STATEMENT OF WORK
My work uses appropriation to turn the formal, ethical, and economic contradictions inherent in commercial culture back upon themselves. My work is often text-based and succinct, using feminist, ecocritical, and literary theories as a lens to look at the contemporary moment. Critical writing also makes up a part of my art practice. Many of my projects are collaborative in nature, and often these collaborative projects appropriate relational aesthetic models for their own political purposes.
