Artist Registry
The White Columns Curated Artist Registry is an online platform for emerging and under-recognized artists to share images and information about their respective practices. The Registry seeks to create a context for artists who have yet to benefit from wider critical, curatorial or commercial support. To be eligible, artists cannot be affiliated with a commercial gallery in New York City.

RESUME
Corey Lovett is an African American artist born in Fort Lauderdale Florida. He graduated from Broward College with an Associates of Arts Degree (AA) and later went on to graduate from Pratt Institute with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree (BFA). Lovett's work is and exploration of black identity and the idea of a black utopia through the use of color relationships, light, and nature. His primary medium of choice is oil on wood. Corey has shown in a number of gallerys in multiple locations including Florida, London, and New York. He currently resides in Fort Lauderdale Florida.
