The White Columns Curated Artist Registry is an online platform for emerging and under-recognized artists to share images and information about their respective practices. The Registry seeks to create a context for artists who have yet to benefit from wider critical, curatorial or commercial support. To be eligible, artists cannot be affiliated with a commercial gallery in New York City.

RESUME

Ana Gzirishvili (1992 Tbilisi, Georgia) is a multidisciplinary artist based in Tbilisi. Ana is a DAAD scholar and a graduate of Universität der Künste Berlin, New Media & Film Class led by professor Hito Steyerl.

Ana has been working in various media, mainly in Berlin and Tbilisi. Her multidisciplinary art practice includes sculpture, installation, painting, film, CGI, poetry, and reading performances. 

She has been a part of a collective Utopian Union during 2016-2017. 

Ana Gzirishvili translated poems by a Georgian poet Marijan (Mariam Tkemaladze 1890-1978) into English for the Danarti magazine.
