The White Columns Curated Artist Registry is an online platform for emerging and under-recognized artists to share images and information about their respective practices. The Registry seeks to create a context for artists who have yet to benefit from wider critical, curatorial or commercial support. To be eligible, artists cannot be affiliated with a commercial gallery in New York City.

RESUME
Jack Kohler Byers is a Central New York-raised, Chicago based visual artist engaging with text and the lineage of painting to investigate the way language shapes the world and its uncertainties. He obtained an MFA in Painting and Drawing from Pratt Institute in 2022 studying with Carlos Motta, and has shown at numerous galleries and art centers around the United States. His work is in several private collections, as well as the permanent collection of the Trustman Gallery at Simmons University in Boston.
