Artist Registry
The White Columns Curated Artist Registry is an online platform for emerging and under-recognized artists to share images and information about their respective practices. The Registry seeks to create a context for artists who have yet to benefit from wider critical, curatorial or commercial support. To be eligible, artists cannot be affiliated with a commercial gallery in New York City.

STATEMENT OF WORK
I make images that are dedications to the living, apologies to the dead, and dirges for discarded lovers. My work consists of transient, ephemeral moments that are simultaneously silly and mischievous, haunting and tender, seductive and strange. Abstract vocabularies describe personal narratives. Things I see and feel are documented, digested, torn apart, then merged with other visual information to form my paintings. If the images are poignant, they are also playful and naughty. Fragility trumps monumentality. Sensuality saturates. Each work is an intimate reflection, a page from the diary of my inner life.
