The White Columns Curated Artist Registry is an online platform for emerging and under-recognized artists to share images and information about their respective practices. The Registry seeks to create a context for artists who have yet to benefit from wider critical, curatorial or commercial support. To be eligible, artists cannot be affiliated with a commercial gallery in New York City.

b. 1997 Santa Rosa, California
I was born in Santa Rosa. My parents were from south east asia and came to Richmond, California in the 1980s. My parents seperated when i was a baby and I often lived with relatives on my mother's side. My family were mostly blue collar workers who worked in the various manufacturing companies here, the only person in my family that recieved a college education was my aunt who became a nurse that i lived with eventually entering high school. During that time I began practicing graffiti due to an interest in street art at an early age and ultimately having freedom for the first time. After studying the graffiti in Sonoma County and Bay Area and tagging I ended up getting in trouble with the city and quit painting in 2013 and was diagnoised with Bi-Polar Disorder. Between 2014 and 2019 I expressed myself through music and experimentation with sound. I quit in 2019 and began painting again. Since 2019 at the age of 22 i've taken painting seriously as if it was my purpose in life having learned from graffiti i thought i could transition to fine arts like some do. At the time writing this I am 25 and hope I can continue as an artist to achieve a professional career as a painter.
