Artist Registry


The White Columns Curated Artist Registry is an online platform for emerging and under-recognized artists to share images and information about their respective practices. The Registry seeks to create a context for artists who have yet to benefit from wider critical, curatorial or commercial support. To be eligible, artists cannot be affiliated with a commercial gallery in New York City.

RESUME

Emily Hass lives and works in New York City. In 2019 she was a Howard Foundation Fellow and has been awarded the McCloy Fellowship in Art and grants from the Gottlieb Foundation, the Jerome Foundation, and the New York Foundation for the Arts. Hass holds graduate degrees in psychology and design from Harvard University and has received residencies at MacDowell, La Maison Dora Maar, and the Josef and Anni Albers Foundation. A monograph of Hass’ Exiles series was published in 2021.
