Artist Registry

The White Columns Curated Artist Registry is an online platform for emerging and under-recognized artists to share images and information about their respective practices. The Registry seeks to create a context for artists who have yet to benefit from wider critical, curatorial or commercial support. To be eligible, artists cannot be affiliated with a commercial gallery in New York City.

RESUME

Bradley Butler was born on a cold December morning in 1983 in Upstate New York. He grew up in a small town 30 minutes east of Rochester and most likely, always knew he was an artist. He has been making and exhibiting his work since 2006 and has been featured in solo, group, and juried exhibitions regionally and nationally.

Butler received an A.A.S. in graphic design at Monroe Community College in 2004, and then went on to receive a B.S. in art education at Nazareth College in 2007, and an M.F.A. from Rochester Institute of Technology in 2010. Bradley lives in Canandaigua, NY with his wife, Sarah.
