Artist Registry
The White Columns Curated Artist Registry is an online platform for emerging and under-recognized artists to share images and information about their respective practices. The Registry seeks to create a context for artists who have yet to benefit from wider critical, curatorial or commercial support. To be eligible, artists cannot be affiliated with a commercial gallery in New York City.

STATEMENT OF WORK
My work is always intentional in the connectedness of people. I paint portraiture art as much to record ordinary activities of Africa-American life, as to show the viewer that we all can laugh and we all have moments of joy. There is a familial thread, a human story and we are reminded that we are more alike than we are different.
My hope is that my art makes you smile just a little, at least on the inside.
