The White Columns Curated Artist Registry is an online catalog of digital images documenting the work of artists who are not affiliated with a commercial gallery in New York City. Each submission is reviewed by our curatorial staff; in order to be considered for the registry, one must submit work digitally via this website.
Mary Bucci McCoy has had solo and group exhibitions in venues including Gray Contemporary, Houston, TX; CG2 Gallery, Nashville, TN; Artists Foundation, Boston, MA; Art Complex Museum, Duxbury, MA; Jane Deering Gallery, Gloucester, MA; Rhode Island College, Providence, RI; AG Gallery, Brooklyn, NY; Tiger Strikes Asteroid, Philadelphia, PA; and Southern New Hampshire University, Manchester, NH. In 2015 she received the Luz Dorrien Faculty Development Award from Montserat College of art and a merit-based grant from Vermont Studio Center for her February 2015 residency, and she was a 2012 Massachusetts Cultural Council Painting Fellow. Her exhibitions have been reviewed by publications including Visual Art Source, Art New England, The Boston Globe, and The Providence Phoenix. Mary holds a BFA from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts/Tufts University and a BA in English from Tufts University. She also studied ceramic sculpture at l'Ecole Superieure d'Arts Appliques in Geneva, Switzerland. She was born in New Jersey and grew up in the Philadelphia area. A native of the Philadelphia area, she is based on the coast north of Boston and is represented by Gray Contemporary in Houston, TX .
