The White Columns Curated Artist Registry
is an online platform for emerging and under-recognized artists to share images and information about their respective practices. The Registry seeks to create a context for artists who have yet to benefit from wider critical, curatorial or commercial support. To be eligible, artists cannot be affiliated with a commercial gallery in New York City.

Cat Lalou, profiled by Phillips (Art Expert) and featured in PHOTO.
Born in New York City, Cat Lalou began photography at the age of four. A Parsons graduate in photography, he's taught privately and has numerous short films to his credit. In addition to having several solo photo exhibitions in New York's Lower East Side, Chelsea and Soho, his work has been actively featured in White Columns curating program and his films have been exhibited at top international film festivals around the world. With over 20 photographic series to his credit, Cat Lalou has been profiled by the esteemed Phillips and has been featured in the international magazine PHOTO. He's currently in the final stages of post-production on a 2 hour feature film he directed which incorporates his fine art photography work.
