The White Columns Curated Artist Registry is an online catalog of digital images documenting the work of artists who are not affiliated with a commercial gallery in New York City. Each submission is reviewed by our curatorial staff; in order to be considered for the registry, one must submit work digitally via this website.
Deric Carner received an MFA from the Piet Zwart Institute, Rotterdam; and a BFA from the University of California at Santa Cruz, 1998. Recent solo shows include "Bot Friend" at FOUR A. M., and "Stay, just for a little while" at Romer Young Gallery, San Francisco. Group shows include at Kuir Bogota, NurtureArt, Louis B James, EFA Project Space, Australian Centre for Contemporary Art, Participant Inc., Queen's Nails Projects, Southern Exposure and CAC Vilnius. He is the recipient of a MacDowell Fellowship, a San Francisco Arts Commission Grant, and an Artists Space Independent Project Grant.
